Mommy & me Bootcamp in Ritchie Park (South central Edmonton) starting in May @9:00am This full body, fat burning class takes place at a playground so older children are welcome too. Get Fit with Jen- online classes
(3 month membership) in this strength based full body class we use dumbbells and our own bodyweight to get fitter and stronger together. From the comfort of your own home I will push you to strengthen your core, work on your balance, burn fat, build lean muscle and HAVE FUN while doing it. membership includes one prerecorded workout a week and live Zoom Class on Thursdays.
