Sign up for our signature Kick & HIIT class, one of our weekly zoom Get Fit classes or one of our new video series*. You will have a blast as we burn away fat and build strength and stamina together.

KICK & HIIT online class  Its a combination of intense kickboxing sections and strength intervals. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge with a blend of intense intervals of strength/endurance training. KICK & HIIT requires no previous kickboxing experience. 4 week progressive class

Why not get in shape this spring while you spend time with your child, meet other moms & enjoy the outdoors. Mommy & me Bootcamp in Ritchie Park (South central Edmonton) starting in May @9:00am  This full body, fat burning class takes place at a playground so older children are welcome too. You are your child's first role model so Teach your children about being fit and healthy from an early age. Space is limited and reserved only for those who pre register here!   Get Fit with Jen- online classes

   (3 month membership) in this strength based full body class we use dumbbells and our own bodyweight to get fitter and stronger together. From the comfort of your own home I will push you to strengthen your core, work on your balance, burn fat, build lean muscle and HAVE FUN while doing it. membership includes one prerecorded workout a week and live Zoom Class on Thursdays.
